Including your result in institution group reports
Version: 2026.1-institution-aggregate · Effective: 26 October 2026
This choice matters only if a firm or institution invited you to GFAB. It is optional and off unless you turn it on in Account → Privacy.
What it allows
If you allow it, your completed and released result can count towards that institution's GFAB group report. Group reports show totals and patterns for the group, for example how the group performed across the eight judgment areas.
What the institution never sees through the report
- your name or email address;
- your answers;
- your individual score or report.
A group report is produced only when at least 10 people are included. Any figure that would describe fewer than 10 people is hidden, together with any other figure that could be used to work it out. Some figures need at least 20 people.
Separately from this choice, an institution that invited you can always see your name, the email address it invited, and the progress of your invitation: when you accepted it, whether you have registered and completed, and whether you withdrew. This is explained in the privacy notice.
Changing your mind
You can turn this off at any time in Account → Privacy. Your result is then left out of any group report produced afterwards. Reports already produced are not changed.
